於2010年定居台灣至今,永遠帶著一張笑臉的Amy,有她在的地方就充滿正面能量,特別是在料理的世界,總是用滿滿熱情感染手邊的食材,讓品嘗過的人心裡暖暖的。從小媽媽就讓Amy把廚房當成遊樂場,7歲便放手讓她為家人料理一整桌的Sunday Dinner,長大後如願成為獨當一面的餐廳主廚。20歲畢業於英國餐飲管理學系,為該年度全英國餐飲學院第一名。目前於台北經營兩家餐廳,分別以英國料理和英式午茶為特色,同時於3年出版3本料理書,類別包含傳統英國菜、英國百年甜點、英式下午茶。
